Eligibility Full-time staff of the hospital publishing SCI/SSCI papers as first or corresponding author.
Subsidy Details Editing fees are covered by the hospital. Up to two rounds of editing per manuscript. Estimated turnaround time: 2–3 weeks.
Partner vendor: Wallace Academic Editing.
Application Procedure
Please email the following documents to the Department of Medical Research:
(一) Application Form 1.Author names:
1. use original author order (no translation required)
2. Signature: handwritten signature or personal seal (official stamps not accepted)
3. Application date: submission date (submit before 16:00 on working days)
4.Submission format: electronic file or scanned copy
(二) Manuscript file
1. Include Title Page
2. Please include all tables and figures in the same Word file.
3. Do not use Track Changes format.
