Statistical Software (SPSS/STATA) Loan Service
（一）Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
－Full-time employees of Shuang Ho Hospital.
－Members of a research team (e.g., research assistants) under a Principal Investigator (PI) at Shuang Ho Hospital.
（二）Usage Regulations
－Each reservation may include up to three sessions, with a maximum of three hours per session.
－New reservations may only be made after all previously reserved sessions have been completed.
－Reservations are available on working days only and are confirmed only after approval by the Department of Medical Research.
－Any of the following violations, if not corrected after a warning, will result in one demerit point. Users who accumulate three demerit points will have their borrowing privileges suspended for one month.
1.Using the Data Center without prior approval or reservation.
2.Exceeding the reserved time and affecting the next scheduled user.
3.Installing or uninstalling software without authorization or damaging computer equipment.
（三）Application Procedure
->Reserve a time slot online->Obtain approval from the Department of Medical Research->Provide the required application information( including:User identity、Research subject、Purpose of use)->Complete the secondary review by the Department of Medical Research->Check in at the Department of Medical Research before using the facility.

1.Use Department of Medical Research computers for statistical analysis
2.Bring your own data storage device
3.Users must complete both check-in and check-out procedures
